Our facility · Coworking
Space to build, meet, repeat.
A flexible coworking floor for founders, small teams and programme cohorts in the heart of the Mangaluru innovation cluster.
The space
A place to do the work.
The SHINE coworking floor is built for teams that need a reliable place to focus, meet and grow without taking on the overhead of a full office. It is designed to flex from a single founder to a small cohort.
Beyond desks, the space is meant to create proximity: founders in the same building, mentors dropping in, and programme teams close enough to help when it matters. It is a practical home base for the Mangaluru startup community.
